John Giordano established Giordano Associates, Inc. in 1978
and has handled thousands of residential and business insurance
claims for clients throughout the nation. John directs each
project and develops a strong relationship with the insurance
company and their team of technical experts as the balance
of our team focuses on their particular expertise. Licensed
by the State of Connecticut Insurance Department as Public

| Insurance Adjusters, in 1988 that department lauded Giordano
Associates, Inc.'s "commitment to professionalism in
the insurance industry in this state." John has assembled
a staff of professional experts from various disciplines in
the insurance, building and legal fields to allow the firm
to handle all types of insurance claims. It is this team of
professionals that has earned Giordano Associates, Inc. the
reputation of being "the best in the state at achieving
the most for their clients."
John serves on the Board of Directors
of the Connecticut Sports Foundation and as a consultant to
the Kelly Insurance Center at Drake University in Des Moines,
Iowa. He also served as a consultant on industry practices
to the Insurance Testing Corporation and the Connecticut Insurance
Department. |

| Chris DePino, National Claims
Director |
Chris DePino leads the national claims division of Giordano
Associates, Inc. Nationally, Chris served with distinction
on the Republican National Committee. In that capacity, he
also was elected as the Republican Northeast Leadership Chairman,
a responsibility which encompasses all of the New England
and the Mid-Atlantic states, including Puerto Rico and the
U.S. Virgin Islands. As Republican Northeast Leadership Chairman,
Chris engaged in frequent and direct correspondence with our
nation's Governors, Federal Officials, and the White House.
Chris volunteers his time to various
local and statewide community efforts. Some of these efforts
include serving on the City of New Haven Police Commission,
the Board of Directors of the International Festival of Arts
and Ideas, the Board of Directors of the Shubert Performing
Arts Center and Vice President of the New Haven Chapter of
St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

| Philip DeCaprio, CPA |

Philip DeCaprio, Jr. has been associated with Giordano Associates,
Inc. since its inception. He is responsible for the firm's
accounting, financial reporting and projections. As an experienced
consultant in business valuation and management, Phil works
directly with the accountants of business clients who have
experienced property losses. Phil served as the President
of the New Haven Association of CPAs and is |
| president of the
Connecticut Society of CPAs (CSCPA). He is a frequent speaker
and seminar discussion leader for the CSCPA as well as the
American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and various other CPS societies
around the country. Phil is also a board member of Columbus
House in New Haven, CT. |

Christopher M. Santarsiero, Executive
Director |

Chris Santarsiero is the Executive Director of Giordano Associates,
Inc. He is also the Senior Partner of DePino Associate, Inc., a
government affairs, business development and political consulting
firm. Chris began his career in government affairs in 1999 and is
considered to possess an uncommon expertise in developing successful
legislative strategies on behalf of his clients. He is known throughout
the Capitol for his diligence and integrity, and brings his commitment
to detail and enthusiasm to every project. |

Prior to his service at the Connecticut
Republican Party, Chris was a registered lobbyist in the State of
Connecticut representing clients on a variety of issues at the state
legislature, executive offices and federal government including
Charter Schools, Head Start, healthcare, energy conservation, bonding,
insurance, municipal finance, public education, voting technology,
labor and tribal recognition. Chris volunteers time to the Borough
of Naugatuck serving on the Economic Development Commission. He
graduated with honors from La Salle University in Philadelphia,
PA, with a dual major in Communications and English. |

| Anthony N. Parise, CPCU, CIC, AIC |
|
Anthony Parise, is a Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter
(CPCU), an Associate in Claims (AIC) and a Certified Insurance Consultant
(CIC), leads our adjustment team. Anthony's designations and credentials
separate Giordano Associates, Inc. from virtually any other public
insurance adjusting firm in the nation. With 15 years specifically
in insurance adjusting, Anthony also worked for Nationwide Insurance
as a large loss commercial specialist. Anthony's main focus is to
review the policy and endorsement to make sure we isolate all potential
aspects that can reflect not only positive results but also any
exposures that may have to be resolved. Anthony will be working
directly with the other members of the technical team to make sure
that as the claim is prepared and documented; each aspect is referred
to the policy terms and conditions to maximize the settlement. |

| Michael P. Lawlor, Esq. |
 |
As General Counsel, Attorney Lawlor represents Giordano Associates,
Inc. in dealings with insurance companies and provides legal and
negotiation advice to the firm's adjusters. He works with the personal
and business attorneys of the firm's clients to explain the role
that Giordano Associates, Inc. can legally play in securing a full
settlement under the terms of the policy. Mike graduated as an |

scholar from the University of Connecticut and received his Master's
Degree from the University of London. He was awarded a Juris Doctorate
from the National Law Center at George Washington University in
Washington, D.C. Attorney Lawlor joined Giordano Associates, in
1995. He serves as Chairman of the Judiciary Committee in the Connecticut
General Assembly. |
